Return & Refund Policy

At 2ik Container Conversions, we strive to ensure that every shipping container you purchase meets the quality and specifications agreed upon at the time of sale.

1. Inspection at Delivery

  • All containers must be inspected by the buyer (or buyer’s representative) upon delivery or collection.

  • By signing the delivery note, you confirm that the container matches the condition and grade purchased.

2. Returns

  • Due to the size and nature of shipping containers, returns are generally not accepted once the container has been delivered and signed for.

  • Exceptions may apply if:

    • The container delivered is the wrong size/model.

    • The container is materially different from what was agreed (e.g., not the correct grade or type).

3. Refunds

  • If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the container has been received back and inspected.

  • Refunds will exclude delivery, collection, and handling fees.

4. Exchanges / Replacements

  • If the container is found to be defective or not as described at the time of delivery, we will arrange for a replacement container or provide a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Containers that have been:

    • Modified after delivery (e.g., cut, painted, welded).

    • Moved from the original delivery location without written approval.

    • Used after delivery.
      cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Delivery & Return Costs

  • If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for all transport costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong grade, or major defect).
